We walk the city´s northern neighborhoods, Palermo with its elegant Parks and Aristocratic Recoleta,. This evening we will head for one of the city’s finest wine clubs, where the house’s sommelier will introduce us to Argentine Malbecs and Torrontes pairing them with delicious Tapas & local Empanadas. This morning we start the day exploring some of the traditional neighborhoods of the city. At Plaza de Mayo Square we learn about the country´s recent history and Evita’s favorite balcony, before walking the few blocks that separate us from San Telmo art district with its charming cobbled alleys, Colonial architecture and popular street fair . We sample delicious, flaky Medialunas at Avenida de Mayo and Bohemian Dorrego Square before returning to the hotel. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure to explore the city on your own. This evening, it will be time for a private culinary experience. Since its opening, I Latina, the project created by three Colombian siblings, has quickly taken over the spotlight of the Buenos Aires food scene. Chef Santiago Macias roams happily throughout Latin America as inspiration for his seven course tasting menu.
